We provide rotisserie chicken, sides and dessert for families staying at Ronald McDonald House on the 4th Wednesday of every month.

Lourdes is our contact at RMcD House.
 
On the 4th Wednesday each month except December, we drop-off the day before or before 3:30 the day of and label with date of dinner. Use red phone in the lobby to enter.
 
We have a set menu. All food must come from a commercial kitchen (do NOT heat food).  Desserts may be made in the RMHC kitchen while wearing closed toe shoes, only if prearranged with Kathy.
· Rotisserie Chicken: From Costco, Sam’s Club, or the grocery store deli.
· Caesar Salad: From Costco, Sam’s Club, or the grocery store deli.
· Mac & Cheese: from Costco or Sam’s
· Veggies: cucumbers, zucchini, broccoli, squash
· Dessert:  brownies, sweet breads
 
Volunteers Needed Each Month:
· 3 people for chickens
· 2 people for salads (bags: Caesar), veggies (cukes, zucchini, squash, bags of broccoli)
· 2 people for mac & cheese
· 2 people for desserts (sweet breads, brownies)
· 2 people to cut up the chickens on the day of the meal. Chicken carving is done in the RMHC kitchen wearing closed toe shoes. They provide the pans and plastic gloves.
